As leaders, and especially as #HR pros, we should constantly be on a search for knowledge. And we should expect the same of our team members. But let's not let that overshadow our duty to making our team members the best they can be.
I think there is a fundamental flaw in the way many companies communicate. The front-line team members, who have the greatest impact on day-to-day operations, and thereby holding the key to the company’s success, are left with the least amount of information.
