Working Title HR is a tribute to work, and those who work. And not just doing work for the sake of a paycheck, but doing work purposefully. Those who are aren't satisfied with just punching a clock. They have a vision, a plan. They want to grow beyond their current selves. Not because they're necessarily dissatisfied with who they are or where they are now in their careers, but because they see the potential in themselves to be more. To do more. To impact more. To serve more.
These people are constant works-in-progress. They make sure to celebrate their success and those around them, but they are constantly looking forward to the next challenge, the next opportunity, the next chance to expand their worlds. I lovingly refer to them as "working titles". They are not the same
professionals they were in years past, because they have grown, developed, evolved. And they probably won't be the same professionals in the future, either. Because they will not be satisfied to remain stationary in their current state. They will continue to push themselves, expand their comfort zones, and transform into the possible best version of themselves.
My hope is that I can use my position in Human Resources to support, encourage, and celebrate those people who are on a journey for excellence. It is an honor to have that opportunity, and it is a privilege which I do not take lightly.
